Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to optimize production processes.
- Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to pinpoint areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Develop and lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvement projects.
- Train and mentor production staff on lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to ensure sustained gains and identify further opportunities.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative solutions.

- Support the implementation of new technologies and automation where appropriate.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing lean methodologies and achieving measurable results.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Ability to work effectively in both a team-oriented and independent setting.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
