Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies such as VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, and SMED.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain dynamics.
