Our client, a respected law firm with a strong reputation for excellence and client advocacy, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in Hidd, Muharraq, BH . This full-time position is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm's legal practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple attorneys, managing their schedules, drafting correspondence, and organizing case files. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. You will be a crucial point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from their initial interaction. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work accurately under pressure is paramount. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Prepare expense reports and assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information as requested.
  • Liaise with courts, government agencies, and other legal professionals.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the legal team.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher; a certificate in legal secretarial studies or paralegal studies is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or similar role within a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with legal practice management software is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a demanding environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
