Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Forensic Accountant to join their prestigious firm in **Busaiteen, Muharraq, BH**. This role will focus on providing expert litigation support, conducting financial investigations, and uncovering financial irregularities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and investigative techniques.

- Assist legal counsel in developing case strategies by providing expert financial analysis and insights.
- Prepare detailed expert reports, affidavits, and testimony for legal proceedings.
- Perform reconstruction of financial records for businesses that have inadequate bookkeeping.
- Trace the flow of funds and identify assets for recovery in cases of fraud or asset misappropriation.
- Conduct due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and potential investments.
- Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in forensic accounting and litigation support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics throughout all investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree and/or CPA/CA certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years focused on forensic accounting or litigation support.
- Proven experience in fraud detection, investigation, and quantification of damages.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with legal procedures and courtroom testimony is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and independence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
