The Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse to ensure efficient, safe, and timely handling of goods. This role requires strong problem-solving, and communication skills to optimize warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
- GRN collection - verify the GRN by quantity and damages versus physical goods received and supplier packing list.
- GDN clearance - make sure the dispatched goods are booked against GDNs and cleared from the WMS timely to avoid excessive storage charges.
- FEFO compliance checks - regularly checking the warehouses daily GDN reports for FEFO violations to avoid expiry risks.
- Delivery planning - Planning the delivery routes and ensuring full optimization of the available delivery trucks. Requesting additional delivery trucks whenever needed to fulfill essential orders that cannot be delayed.
- Delivery coordination - communicating the delivery instructions received by client with the delivery team and ensuring its fulfillment. Coordinating between the clients and delivery teams for seamless delivery process and achieving client satisfaction.
- CM issuance - issue credit memos only against the goods returned back to the warehouse in a good condition.
- Damage transfers - verifying the damages and applying damage transfers accordingly on NS.

- Loading checklist - making sure the items and quantities loaded onto the trucks match the invoices. Make sure that customer LPOs are attached where necessary.
- Temperature & Hyigen check - randomly check the temperature of the goods prior to loading. Ensure that the trucks are pre-cooled before loading.
- Loading supervision - overlook the loading process to make sure that the no potential damages could be caused during handling.
- Offloading supervision - overlook the offloading process and checking the temperature data loggers to make sure that the goods are offloaded in a good condition.
- No-record stock tracking - maintain and share a list of the stocks that are of no record on the WMS like opened beef boxes.
