- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain operations.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing complex supply chain strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Understanding of global supply chain best practices and emerging trends.
