Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the longevity and efficiency of our client's infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and complex maintenance and repair tasks on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacements as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems and equipment.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar trade.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong understanding of building maintenance principles and best practices.
  • Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
