Managing Director (MD) for SAP Pakistan, Bahrain, and Iraq
. This position is responsible for the overall performance of these market units, driving strategic planning and execution, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the broader business planning process across the Middle East and EMEA.
This is a critical leadership role, and we are therefore seeking a senior executive with proven general management experience in the High-Tech industry, ideally within a multicultural and matrix environment.
The role reports into the
President for SAP Middle East and Africa – North.

Maximise The Opportunity
The MD will take overall
P&L responsibility

- Minimum of 10–15 years in sales or general management roles, with a track record of driving growth in complex environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
