Responsibilities:

- Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and establish baseline metrics.

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on the progress and impact of Lean initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies such as VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, and SMED.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a remote work environment.
- Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Miro, Zoom) is essential.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
