  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing analysis, digital analytics, or a related role, preferably within the sports or technology industry.
  • Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Strong experience with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience querying large datasets is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for sports and a good understanding of the sports technology ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
