Main Responsibilities
Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
Identify and evaluate new markets (within and beyond Gulf region) for expansion
opportunities in retail, export, and e-commerce.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and markets.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Develop corporate brand identity in consultation with board of directors.
Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).
Lead competitive analysis and market research to assess trends, consumer preferences, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with the executive team to formulate go-to-market strategies for new product launches and new regions.
Strengthen the company's brand identity across all channels, ensuring a consistent and premium positioning.
Oversee all branding activities, including packaging, in-store experience, visual merchandising, and product storytelling.
Monitor brand performance and implement changes to improve consumer perception and market share.
Drive footfall and sales through effective retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with retail partners, distributors, and exhibition organizers to promote products through B2B and B2C channels.
Design targeted campaigns for seasonal launches, festivals, and events across different GCC markets.
Coordinate with sales, product development, and export teams to ensure alignment and performance delivery.
