Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy of inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy investigations.
- Monitor stock levels and perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and match order specifications.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Process inventory adjustments, receipts, and shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the receiving and shipping departments to ensure proper documentation and tracking of all inventory movements.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement in inventory control processes.
- Generate regular reports on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and shrinkage for management review.

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory control procedures and best practices.

- Safeguard warehouse inventories against damage, loss, or theft.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
