- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft systems.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
