Your Role Will Include

• Managing and expanding sales of disposable medical supplies
• Building long-term relationships with healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, pharmacies)
• Visiting customers, presenting products, and following up on orders
• Handling daily reporting, stock coordination, and delivery scheduling
• Representing global brands with professionalism and technical knowledge

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Bahrain
• 1–2 years minimum experience in medical disposables sales (gloves, syringes, masks, gowns, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Bahrain’s healthcare market
• Valid Bahrain driving license
• Fluent in English
• Confident, organized, and goal-oriented

• Promote Nestlé’s belief that Breastfeeding is Best for Babies and that Breastfeeding is recommendable over all other feeding alternatives for infants
• Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for medical/ paramedical contacts in areas that interest or affect them in their regular practice, according to current cycle detailing objectives and materials, becoming a reference advisor on these topics
• Participate in the organization and running of on Product Knowledge, Nutrition or related topics medical / paramedical scientific meetings including their sponsorship meeting, guest lecturer invitation.
• Identify and maintain relevant information on all contacts in assigned territory via master list, including classification on interest and importance, and by regular call cards completion
• Monitor and report to the Medical Field Manager on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc.
• Maintain proper records and registers of all correspondence and actions undertaken in daily activities
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
• Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that they will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity

Position Title: Assistant Manager, Medical Representation

Full-Time

Position Summary: The Assistant Manager, Medical Representation is responsible for the ethical detailing of Nestlé Infant Nutrition products in the assigned territory by clearly communicating accurate information about these products, their features, benefits, and appropriate use, especially when mothers are unable or choose not to breastfeed. All activities must comply with the guidelines set by NME Nutrition, the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local country laws.

A Day in the life.

• Promote Nestlé’s belief that Breastfeeding is Best for Babies and recommend breastfeeding over other feeding options for infants.
• Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and feeding practices to medical and paramedical contacts, aligning with current detailing objectives and materials, and becoming a reference advisor on these topics.
• Organize and participate in medical, nutrition, or related scientific meetings, including sponsorships and guest lectures.
• Identify and maintain relevant contact information within the assigned territory, classify contacts by interest and importance, and complete call records regularly.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities, including new products and communication strategies, to the Medical Field Manager.
• Maintain proper records of all correspondence and activities conducted daily.
• Ensure strict adherence to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes, Nestlé Instructions, and local country laws.
• Comply with Nestlé’s policies by not seeking contact with or advising pregnant women or mothers regarding Infant Formula in a business capacity.
