Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in menu development, food costing, and kitchen management.
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
