- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in the culinary industry, with at least 4 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef role, preferably within high-volume catering.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu development, food costing, and kitchen management.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies).
