- Oversee kitchen operations remotely, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize menus and ensure culinary satisfaction.
- Manage food inventory and procurement processes to control costs and minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, local health codes).
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques, recipes, and presentation standards (via remote guidance and training sessions).
- Conduct remote quality control checks and provide feedback on food preparation and execution.
- Stay current with culinary trends, techniques, and sourcing of premium ingredients.
- Contribute to the overall strategic vision and operational efficiency of the catering division.
Qualifications:
