Our client, a leading automotive dealership in Hamad Town, Northern, BH , is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Automotive Technician with a specialization in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including complex mechanical and electrical systems. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics, advanced troubleshooting, and the ability to perform intricate repairs with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance services, conducting thorough vehicle inspections, identifying faulty components, and executing repairs according to manufacturer specifications. You will be expected to utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately pinpoint issues and implement effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with at least 3 years specializing in luxury European brands, particularly Mercedes-Benz. A proven track record of diagnostic accuracy and mechanical expertise is essential. ASE certifications (e.g., L1, G1) are highly desirable, as is a valid driver's license. Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial for success in this role. Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with service advisors and other team members. This is a physically demanding role that requires manual dexterity and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Advising service advisors on the condition of vehicles and necessary repairs.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
