Job Description
Our client, a discerning family residing in Manama, Capital, BH , is seeking an experienced and nurturing Nanny to provide exceptional care for their two young children. This is a live-out position requiring a highly responsible, patient, and energetic individual with a genuine love for children. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a safe, stimulating, and loving environment, supporting the children's development, and assisting with daily routines.

- Supervise and care for children aged X and Y years old.
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, games, and outings.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
- Assist with children's daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and napping.
- Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
- Light housekeeping related to the children, such as tidying play areas and children's rooms, and children's laundry.
- Transport children to and from school or extracurricular activities as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and any concerns.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary.
- Create a structured yet flexible daily schedule for the children.
- Foster positive social and emotional development in the children.
- Encourage good manners and behavioral habits.
- Previous professional childcare experience, preferably as a Nanny for multiple children.
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Knowledge of child development stages.
- Patience, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Discretion and respect for family privacy.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Flexibility in working hours is a plus.
