Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, or network design.
- Proven expertise in network optimization modeling and simulation tools (e.g., Llamasoft/Coupa, AnyLogic, SAP APO).
- Strong understanding of transportation management, warehousing operations, and inventory control principles.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence decision-making.
- Experience in developing and implementing large-scale logistics strategies.
- Knowledge of international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.
