The Network/Systems Administrator will:

• Document incident tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new network technologies.
• Provide end-user support and training on network-related services.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching technologies.
• Experience with firewall management (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ are highly desirable.
