Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Child Psychology.
  • Completion of a supervised pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship.
  • Relevant professional licensure or registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of post-licensure experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Extensive experience in diagnostic assessment, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities for children and families.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, psychopathology, and attachment theory.
  • Excellent clinical interviewing, observation, and assessment skills.
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with child protection laws and reporting procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
  • Commitment to culturally sensitive and inclusive practice.
