Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Patient Care & Support- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

- Monitor patients’ conditions, such as taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure).

- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary requirements are followed.

- Adhere to hospital policies, Bahrain’s Ministry of Health regulations, and international best practices.
- Participate in training, workshops, and continuing education as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of all patients.

- Education: Secondary School Certificate or equivalent; Diploma/Certificate in Healthcare Assistance preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Aide, or similar role (experience in long-term care/rehabilitation preferred).
