  • Support in creating and maintaining clinical rotation plans for students with the corresponding Clinical Tutors/Clinical Mentors consistent with the nursing course objectives.

Communication & Coordination

  • Help maintain a positive and professional atmosphere that supports high-quality student learning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the clinical staff at the hospitals to raise concerns about students' engagement and efficiently address the issues as needed and/or required.
  • Assist Year Directors with the coordination of teaching related to clinical placements by organising teaching sessions, booking rooms, managing facilities and resources as and when required.

Clinical Examinations & Assessments

  • Contribute to the execution of clinical examinations in line with the assessment requirements of the nursing programme.

Orientation & Workshops for Hospital Staff

  • Support in organising the orientation programmes, and the Clinical Teaching & Supervision Workshops.
  • Coordinate payment requests of Clinical Tutors and Clinical Mentors.

Programme-Related Meetings

  • Provide admin support in the organisation of Clinical Learning & Teaching Committee meetings including distribution of agenda, minute taking, scheduling and other activities as required.

Clinical Documentation & Reporting

  • Facilitate the development and updating of documents, policies, guidelines, and procedures related to students' clinical experience.
