We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with a strong background in Oracle to AWS cloud migrations and Linux system administration. This role is critical in supporting our ongoing cloud transformation initiatives and ensuring the performance, availability, and security of Oracle database systems hosted on AWS infrastructure.
You will be responsible for database architecture, cloud migration planning and execution, automation, and supporting our infrastructure team with Linux-based system administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c) in both on-prem and AWS environments.
- Plan, lead, and execute Oracle to AWS database migration projects using tools such as AWS DMS, RMAN, Data Pump, and Oracle GoldenGate.
- Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions in AWS (e.g., Oracle RAC to Amazon RDS or EC2-based architecture).
