Job Summary:

We're on the lookout for a highly experienced and clinically strong
Charge Nurse
to lead and coordinate patient care in our acute and long-term units. You'll be the backbone of the ward—overseeing clinical delivery, mentoring nurses, managing workflows, and ensuring top-tier patient care. This isn't just a nurse role—it's leadership, operations, and advocacy rolled into one.

Key Responsibilities:
