Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for generating sales through various channels like meeting up corporates, institutional clients etc. Good knowledge of industry and products will be beneficial for generating new sales and existing clients by providing them with proper suitable solutions. This role require candidate with knowledge of products of Oracle ERP, Database Administrator, Business Intelligence, Hyperion. Maintaining strong client relationship would be crucial for the success of the business. This role will be required to prepare quotations, proposals, and tendering, service offers and will be responsible to reply for the customers enquires. Identify any areas for improving the marketing and communication of the KCS brand. Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times. Understand all customer requirements and devise the suitable solution in coordination with the relevant Functional or Technical team. The ideal candidate would have 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Services sales in KSA.
Responsibilities
• A strong understanding of Oracle's cloud platform (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and related
technologies
• Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and generating business from these
accounts
• To map and manage Large Enterprise Accounts
• Should be capable of presenting companies' portfolios and roll out any new
technologies/solutions to the designated accounts
• To manage and execute the given GP target for the financial year
• Strategize and drive solution business for the focused product and services of the
company.
• Early vendor engagement and deal protection to create more chances of closing deals
successfully
• In proper co-ordination with Pre-sales, support, back office and management he/she
should be capable of submitting a comprehensive proposal for all customer requests
• Proactive engagement with the customers for large deals and do a proper due diligence
to maximize the wining probability for any tenders/proposals
• Minimum 6-10 years' experience in Enterprise Account Management
Qualifications
Academic Qualification :
Bachelors/Masters in Technology or Business Management
Product Knowledge : Oracle, SAP, Microsoft ERP, CRM, BI Tools, Database
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Certification
