Pramac , part of the world’s third-largest group in diesel and gas generator production, is looking for a Regional Aftermarket & Parts Manager to lead the parts and aftermarket business to build the business plan and go-to-market strategy, drive growth and profitability, develop channels, and ensure best-in-class availability and service support across the Middle East, APAC, and English-speaking Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute a 3-year business plan and annual operating plan for parts and aftermarket kits; own revenue, margin, and budget.
- Define and launch aftermarket kits (maintenance kits, service contracts, extended warranties): scope/BOM, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle.
- Prepare the spare parts commercial offer, maintenance contract proposals using the available tools.
- Support commercial team with the aftersales related pricing.
- Lead commercial strategy (pricing, promotions, channel programs, distributor terms) to grow share and increase attach/retention.
- Manage distributors and key accounts : coverage model, performance reviews, enablement plans, initial stocking plans, and joint business plans.
- Oversee demand planning and availability; reduce backorders.
- Coordinate with Service/Technical to create service contract offerings , preventive maintenance plans, and field execution standards.
- Deploy sales enablement : parts catalogs, cross-reference tools, kit finder, training, and marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Oracle (ERP) for order/inventory processes and Salesforce (CRM) for pipeline, opportunity/quote management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Lead the aftermarket P&L cadence: pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy, pricing/margin discipline, and KPI reporting.
- Ensure compliance with export, customs, regulations; optimize logistics and service parts distribution.
- 7+ years in aftermarket/parts management within power generation, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or engines (OEM or Tier-1 distributor).
- Proven track record delivering parts revenue growth , margin expansion, and availability KPIs across multi-country regions.
- Strong understanding of gensets (diesel/gas), engines and alternators, and service operations.
- Hands-on with Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM (or equivalent); advanced Excel/BI skills.
- Experience in channel management (distributors/resellers), S&OP, and pricing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA a plus).
- Languages: Excellent English; Arabic preferred (other regional languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel 30–50% across the assigned regions.
