Our client, a leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Penetration Tester to join their dedicated information security team. This role, based in our Salmabad, Northern, BH office, requires a strategic mind capable of identifying vulnerabilities and protecting critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of offensive security techniques and a passion for safeguarding digital assets.
As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive penetration tests across various platforms, including web applications, networks, mobile applications, and cloud environments. This involves simulating real-world cyberattacks to uncover weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations for remediation. You will perform vulnerability assessments, exploit analysis, and develop detailed reports outlining findings, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Collaboration with development, IT, and security teams will be essential to ensure that identified vulnerabilities are addressed promptly and effectively. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of testing methodologies and tools, staying ahead of emerging threats. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in a hybrid work environment, effectively balancing on-site and remote testing and collaboration, is expected.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking.
- Proficiency in common penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and web application security.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP are highly desirable.
