- Collaborate closely with biologists, pharmacologists, and formulation scientists to advance drug discovery programs.

- Troubleshoot synthetic challenges and devise innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-doctoral experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on drug discovery and development.
- Extensive experience in synthetic organic chemistry, including complex multi-step synthesis.
- Demonstrated success in leading medicinal chemistry programs and delivering optimized drug candidates.
