We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Inventory Controller
to join our Lifestyle Concept team. The role is critical in ensuring efficient stock management, accurate inventory records, and smooth operations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control inventory levels to meet business requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Investigate discrepancies in stock movement and implement corrective actions.
• Support supply chain, logistics, and merchandising teams with accurate inventory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit standards.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to assist in decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5
  years of experience
  in inventory control or store operations (retail sector preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Supervise and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Maintain the integrity of inventory data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Optimize inventory storage locations and ensure efficient warehouse layout.
• Train and mentor inventory control team members, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status, turnover, and potential obsolescence.
• Implement and adhere to all inventory control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse inventory control or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
