Job Description
Our client, a premier provider of sports facilities and training programs, is looking for a dedicated Sports Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their state-of-the-art facilities. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong understanding of sports management and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for athletes, coaches, and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all sports-related activities, facility maintenance, and staff management.

- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of sports facilities, including scheduling, maintenance, and event setup.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Oversee a team of facility staff, including groundskeepers, maintenance personnel, and event coordinators.
- Manage budgets for facility operations, equipment procurement, and event supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Liaise with sports leagues, teams, and event organizers to facilitate bookings and manage event logistics.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of sports fields, courts, and other facilities.
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Implement customer service initiatives to enhance user experience.
- Plan and execute sports programs and events.
- Monitor inventory of sports equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the strategic planning for facility improvements and expansions.
- Ensure all activities at our facilities in Isa Town, Southern, BH are conducted to the highest standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports facility management or operations.
- Proven experience in managing sports events and programs.
- Strong knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports facilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
