The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing initiatives while also creating high-quality visual content including photography, videography, and design materials. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Photography & Videography
- Capture professional photos and videos for projects, events, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Edit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software.
- Manage all aspects of media production including lighting, sound, and setup.
- Maintain and organize digital media files for easy accessibility.
- Design & Branding
- Design eye-catching visuals, graphics, and marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements.
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, design, and multimedia production.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging video content that resonates with the target audience and highlights the company's offerings.

- Event Participation:
- Attending events and meetings as required to shoot videos and photos, capturing key moments for marketing purposes.
- Act as the company's representative during events, showcasing the brand to partners and attendees.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the manager and other team members to identify and complete additional tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom), Canva, and social media tools.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is an advantage.
- Strong creative eye with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Technical expertise in cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience in drone photography/videography is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaigns, photography, videography, and design work.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Media, or a related field.
- Nationality: Bahraini Only.
