- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, operations management, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly preferred), and Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and CAD software is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- CCTV/Telecom engineer principal role is to lead initiatives to design and implement system architecture onto the manufacturing environment.
- Create FDS (Functional Design Specification), Bill of Material during project execution stage.

Qualification and Experience
