Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to spearhead their structural design projects in Hamad Town, Northern, BH . This senior position involves leading the design and analysis of structural systems for a variety of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The Lead Structural Engineer will be responsible for project management, team leadership, technical review, and client liaison. You will leverage your expertise in structural mechanics, materials science, and relevant design codes to deliver innovative and robust engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the structural design and analysis for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as infrastructure.
• Ensuring all structural designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., BS, Eurocodes).
• Managing structural engineering projects from conceptualization through to completion, including scope, budget, and timeline management.
• Performing structural calculations and simulations using specialized engineering software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is highly preferred. Professional registration as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) is essential. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and project management is required. Proven experience leading structural engineering teams and managing complex projects is mandatory. Expertise in structural analysis software, AutoCAD, and Revit is critical. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials is necessary. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are paramount for success in this role. You must be capable of making sound engineering judgments and decisions.

• Having experience on Power & Water project execution.
• Having experience in execution of Retrofit projects.
