• Manage labor productivity and workload distribution to meet established performance targets.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of warehouse associates, providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive work environment.
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, ensuring proper maintenance and safety checks.

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
