**What you'll be doing**
We are currently looking for a Project and Development Executive who will work closely with our Bahrain Country Manager in supporting on ad hoc projects and managing in both the short and long term. You can expect to work on market research to back country management year-long development plans, internal and external projects coordinated with a number of stakeholders, presentation support for board meetings and other ad hoc projects.
- Gathering marketing insights and competition studies and putting into presentation format
- Feasibility studies
- SWOT Analysis
- Creating business presentations or presentations for board meetings
- Supporting in business development in new malls, leases, mall management
- Dealing with a number of different teams including HR, commercial, Real Estate, strategy, intelligence
- Budget management responsibility
- Business updates and Newsletters
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, ability to create visually appealing presentations for the country manager
- Previous experience of managing an executive office
- Project management
- Budget management
- Excellent English skills, Arabic would be a plus
