- Prepare detailed investment proposals and financial models for senior management review.
- Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage the due diligence process for selected properties, coordinating with legal, financial, and technical advisors.
- Oversee the transaction closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, zoning laws, and market dynamics impacting real estate investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including development, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of acquired properties into the portfolio.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of acquisition strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisition, investment, or development.
- Proven ability to source and close complex real estate transactions.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate law, contracts, and due diligence procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
