- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and building codes.
- Supervise and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing training and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and workshops.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in a relevant trade is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in multiple trade areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
