Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decisions, are paramount. Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and production quality control techniques is necessary. Proficiency in quality management software and tools is highly desirable. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills are required to effectively work with various departments and personnel.
