  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
  • Investigate product defects and customer complaints, determining root causes.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and inspection criteria.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance product quality.
  • Train production personnel on quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and report on performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical quality control (SQC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
