The Quality Engineer at Technoline Mechanical & Instrumentation W.L.L (TMI) is responsible for ensuring that all services, repairs, overhauls, and supply of spare parts meet the highest quality standards in compliance with industry codes, client requirements, and TMI's internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems and procedures for mechanical, instrumentation, and industrial services.
· Conduct inspection and testing of valves, actuators, and instrumentation equipment to ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and client standards.
· Oversee hydrostatic, pneumatic, and functional performance testing of valves and related equipment.
· Prepare and maintain Quality Control documentation such as ITPs, WPS, PQRs, and test reports.
