  • Supervising and training quality control inspectors and technicians.
  • Monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Identifying and investigating quality issues and implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
  • Analyzing quality data and preparing reports on key quality metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO certifications).
  • Collaborating with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related problems.
  • Managing the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience with quality audit procedures and documentation is required. This role requires a hands-on approach and is based at our facility in **Tubli, Capital, BH**.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in supervising a quality control team.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
