- Develop organizational structures, policies, procedures and administrative systems.
- Manage and direct daily production regarding the resorts and Quality Assurance Program.
- Implement new standards which will enhance the quality standards of Resorts.
- Supervise and prepare high quality standards and consistent results.
- Coordinate with the relevant department manager to fix the noted deficiency.
- Track and follow-up with departments to ensure needed corrections have been completed in a timely manner.
- Report to the GM on the results of routine checkups, corrections and any quality control issue that may arise.

- Bachelor degree

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests using sophisticated analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, dissolution apparatus).
• Review and approve batch records, certificates of analysis (CoAs), and other quality-related documentation.
• Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Manage the calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Participate in internal and external audits, and host regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Train and mentor junior laboratory staff and quality control technicians.
