Job Description
As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's quality control program. This includes establishing inspection procedures, training quality control personnel, analyzing quality data, and implementing corrective actions to address any deviations. You will work closely with production teams to embed a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet stringent specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures.
- Supervise and train a team of quality control inspectors.
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement root cause analysis for defects.
- Develop and execute corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
- Prepare quality reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Promote a quality-focused culture within the organization.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Science, or Operations Management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment, is required. Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is essential. Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools is necessary. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical. This role is based in Riffa, Southern, BH and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in supervising a quality control team.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
