What you'll do
- Support individualized education plans (IEPs) in small groups and 1:1.
- Implement behavior and communication strategies under supervision.
- Collect simple data on student progress.
- Assist with classroom routines, sensory/regulation activities, and life skills.
- Partner with teachers, therapists, and families.
Training

Requirements
- Background (degree or diploma) in

, or related field. - Strong communication, patience, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and follow evidence-based practices.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with autism, SEN classrooms, or therapy settings.
- Familiarity with ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, or AFLS.
