This critical role will focus on managing and executing a wide range of real estate transactions across diverse geographical markets. As a remote-first professional, you will be instrumental in handling all legal aspects of property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects. You will conduct thorough due diligence, negotiate and draft complex legal documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, and commercial leases.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate law, zoning regulations, environmental compliance, and financing structures. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including investment, development, and finance teams, as well as external counsel, brokers, and consultants, to ensure seamless transaction execution. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute all legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
