Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and property valuations to advise clients on competitive pricing for sales and rentals.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers or tenants, highlighting key features and benefits, and addressing their inquiries.
  • List properties for sale or rent, including preparing compelling property descriptions, taking high-quality photographs, and coordinating virtual tours.
  • Market properties effectively through various channels, including online portals, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Negotiate sales, purchase, or lease agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, liaising with legal counsel, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review all necessary legal documents, contracts, and disclosures accurately and in compliance with real estate regulations.
  • Stay updated with local real estate market trends, property values, and legal developments.

  • Attend industry events, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance skills and market knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is essential; real estate experience is highly advantageous.
  • A valid Real Estate Agent license in Bahrain (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Bahrain, particularly in the Northern Governorate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
