- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising physician and family.
- Perform wound care, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and other specialized nursing procedures as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medication administration, and home care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Adhere to all infection control policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in home health, critical care, or a related specialty.
- Experience with pediatric ventilators, tracheostomies, and IV therapies.
- Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
