- Extensive knowledge of national and international aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, EASA, FAA where applicable).
- Proven experience in developing and managing Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Strong understanding of aviation operations, maintenance, and human factors.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
