Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's overall health and safety program, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.

- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels, promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

- Stay current with evolving safety regulations, industry best practices, and new technologies in industrial hygiene and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial hygiene and safety management, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent national and international safety regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Strong risk assessment, hazard analysis, and incident investigation skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical safety data and translate it into practical workplace solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
