  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide feedback to management on lead quality, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide junior SDRs, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and lead generation best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive and persistent attitude with a passion for sales and customer success.
  • Located in or willing to commute to **Seef, Capital, BH**.
