Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP finance modules, with a significant focus on S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax, Controlling).
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology or ASAP methodology.
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other S/4HANA user experience tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver training.
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance are a strong plus.
