We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant (Inventory Associate) to manage and optimize inventory processes within the Order to Cash (OTC) module. The role focuses on ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate inventory control, and efficient integration between sales, logistics, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation, including rollout and support projects.
- Configure and enhance SAP OTC Inventory modules to ensure accurate stock levels, transactions, and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Generate inventory reports, analyze data trends, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
- Provide user support and training on SAP OTC processes and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and system accuracy.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in SAP SD/OTC, including at least one E2E implementation and one rollout/support project.
- Strong SAP SD configuration and functional specification writing skills (WRICEF).
- Working knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution and Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in inventory control, data analysis, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing current financial processes, designing innovative and efficient SAP S/4HANA solutions, configuring SAP modules to meet business needs, developing functional specifications for RICEFW objects, conducting unit testing and supporting integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing expert-level training to end-users, and offering post-go-live support. You will collaborate closely with technical consultants, project managers, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery. The ability to translate complex business challenges into tangible SAP solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects for leading organizations and to contribute significantly to their digital transformation journeys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP finance modules, with a significant focus on S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven experience in multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax, Controlling).
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology or ASAP methodology.
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other S/4HANA user experience tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver training.
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance are a strong plus.
