- Research and recommend new agricultural technologies and innovations.
- Prepare detailed reports on research findings, experimental results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with plant breeders, entomologists, and other agricultural scientists.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in crop science, agricultural technology, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the development of training materials and educational programs for farmers.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural safety and environmental standards.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Science, or a related agricultural field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomic research or crop management.
- Proven experience in designing and conducting field trials.
- Strong understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and pest/disease management.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and data interpretation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
